Hygiene & Safety: For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened and used items. This helps us maintain the highest standards for our customers.
- Handcrafted Nature: All of our products, including body oils and herbal tea blends are handmade in small batches. Because of their unique, personal nature, we're unable to restock or resell returned items.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. We'll be happy to assist you and offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. Please note: Claims submitted AFTER the 2-day window may not be eligible for resolution.
